Introducing AutoCounsel Inc.

Legal workflows that execute themselves

An agentic framework that integrates with the tools you already use, from the first call through the demand.

Built around the way firms actually work

Every case is processed at the same time. Judgment stays human.

Every call answered

Intake, qualification, and retainer work around the clock, phone and web.

Agents process the file

They work the matter and write back to the systems you already run. Staff are not re-typing the call.

Judgment stays human

Approvals, exceptions, and the letter stay with the firm.

From the CEO

How AutoCounsel works

The CEO walks through the operating model: what the agents handle, how they process every file at once, and why attorney judgment stays in the loop.

The problem

Law firms are buried in repetitive operations

From intake to settlement, your team chases follow-ups, updates CRMs, sends the same emails, and loses hours to work that never needed a law degree.
  • Calls that wait on a person
After-hours and overflow intake still depends on who is at the desk
  • Facts that get re-typed
Notes live in voicemail, email, and memory before anyone updates the file
  • Work that never needed a JD
Follow-ups, records, and routine status sit on attorneys and paralegals

How it works

From 0 to autonomous in three steps

01
Connect the file
Agents work the file the firm already keeps. They do not invent a second set of facts.
Connect CRM
Map the file
Grant access
02
Agents take the work
They read the file, decide what is next, set the priority, and write the result back.
Assign
Prioritize
Write back
03
Stay in control
Paralegals take the tasks that need a person. The attorney stays on the letter.

The agents

Out of the box. On your terms

Start day one on the tools you already use. Grant which work they may touch. Keep approvals human.

Out of the box

Packaged agents for case research, analytics, updating the file, and the desk from intake through demand. No rip-and-replace to get started.

On your terms

Firm voice, rules, and the leash. Turn a kind of work on, leave it off, or take a task back. The same agents, the firm’s instructions.

Case research

Reads the file and the records on it. Surfaces gaps, cites the source, and prepares the next ask so nobody is reconstructing the matter from memory.

Analytics

A live picture of caseload, deadlines, letters, records, and demand progress, plus a briefing on what the agents finished.

Updating cases

Proposed notes, status, and file changes land on the matter. Staff accept what belongs on the live file. A person can take a task back at any time.

The rest of the desk

Intake, opening, records, and demand are packaged to run. Turn a kind of work on when the firm is ready. The process does not change.

Client stories

What operating teams notice first

“Before AutoCounsel, our only options were case management systems that required us to compromise in some way. It was like taking two steps forward and one step back. Something was always inconsistent, and we had to dedicate in-house staff to troubleshooting and maintenance just to keep it stable. What I love about AutoCounsel is that it delivers exactly what we need, no compromises. AutoCounsel adapts to our practice and enables the whole team to hit the ground running, without complex and time-consuming training.”

Jen Maguire
COO, Arnold Law Firm

“AutoCounsel has completely changed how our firm operates. Work that used to take our legal team hours now happens automatically, and nothing falls through the cracks. It's intuitive, fast, and clearly built by people who understand litigation, not just software. It's helped us get better results for our clients, and it's the only platform we recommend.”

Jordan L. Chaikin
Chaikin Law Firm PLLC

“First we used a different vendor for every stage of a case. Then AI companies started selling a different product for each stage. AutoCounsel handles the whole case lifecycle in one system, helping our lawyers get better results at lower costs than the patchwork it replaced.”

Patrick Luff
Founder, Luff Law Firm

FAQ

Everything else you might want to know

Is AutoCounsel a chatbot?
No. Agents are workers on the firm’s task list, and they are the ones who build that list. They call, email, chase records, update the file, and draft. They are not a chat window that answers questions.
Does the firm stay in control?
Yes. Administrators choose whether agents run at all and which kinds of work they may touch. Approvals stay human on anything that leaves the firm. Staff can take a task back at any time. Automation can sit at 0% to 70% or more, the dial belongs to the firm.
What systems can AutoCounsel connect to?
Litify, CasePeer, Clio, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, DocuSign, Dropbox, Box, and more. Keep the file the firm already uses. Additional integrations can be added as firms need them.
Can we customize the agent's tone, voice, and instructions?
Yes. The agent can be named, branded, and configured to match the firm’s voice, intake style, practice-area logic, escalation rules, and approved instructions. Demand drafts can learn tone and structure from the firm’s own sample letters.
What can the agents do on day one?
Out of the box they can research the file, brief the desk, update the matter, and run intake through demand. The firm grants which work they may touch, keeps approvals human, and can take a task back at any time.
