AutoCounsel Messaging
AutoCounsel Inc. operates optional non-marketing messaging programs from (279) 300-1704. Client messages support conversations with your participating firm, case updates, information and document requests, and reminders. Staff messages support requested two-factor authentication codes, security alerts, and important platform notifications. Consent covers the program you select, not unrelated messages or other firms.
Optional Consent
Enroll from the SMS consent page by reviewing the disclosures, choosing a program, and sending the prepared consent text from your own mobile phone. Consent is not required to purchase a service, request a demo, create an account, or receive legal services. Contact your firm or platform administrator for non-SMS communication and sign-in options. Enrollment does not create an account or verify your identity.
Frequency And Charges
Message frequency varies with your conversations, case activity, account activity, and verification requests. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier about your plan.
STOP And HELP
Reply STOP to cancel messages from this number. You may receive a final opt-out confirmation. Reply HELP for help or email info@autocounsel.ai. STOP applies to messages from this number, including staff notifications and verification codes. If you previously opted out, text START to remove the messaging opt-out block, then send consent for your chosen program. START alone does not choose a program.
Delivery And Your Number
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed. Only enroll a number you own or are authorized to use, and tell your firm or platform administrator if it changes. Do not rely on SMS for emergencies.
Privacy
Mobile information and SMS consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Providers may process them to deliver and support messages. Review the Privacy Policy for details. Use secure platform links for medical documents or sensitive information rather than attaching them to a text.
