Claims and letters
Opening is the work after hire: claims filed, letters out, coverage known, police on the file. It is not intake. It is the first picture of the case as a working matter.
Agents place the outbound calls a case manager used to sit through: PIP and BI, carrier phone trees, claim numbers, adjuster contacts, and where the letter of representation should go. Letters go out by email and get resent when the adjuster says they never arrived.
Coverage and liability are chased until they are plain on the file. Police reports are purchased from the portals that actually have them. A person is asked when the facts are missing. An attorney is asked when a claim is denied.

Book a strategy demo
- Opens first-party and at-fault claims by phone and captures claim numbers, adjusters, and coverage
- Generates and emails letters of representation, then follows up when nothing comes back
- Gets police reports and photos on the file, and starts the first records request
- Asks a person only when insurance, policy, or incident details are missing, or when a denial needs an attorney
