Where care stands
While the client is in care, the file has to stay current. Treatment is that follow-up (attendance, the picture of care, and PIP) so demand prep does not start from a blank box.
Agents confirm the client went, note what happened, and keep a live timeline: date, procedure, facility, provider, findings, first and last dates of service. Proposed clinical updates wait for a person to accept them into the live file.
PIP is requested on a cadence by call and email, summarized, and written back. Nobody has to babysit a calendar for the log. Staff can take a task back from an agent at any time.
